We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The spacious rooms impressed us with their wooden floors, stylish decor, and large bathrooms with bathtubs. The hotel facilities, including the fitness and business centers, were useful for us. We also appreciated the free parking and the hotel's central location, which made it easy for us to explore this city. The friendly and helpful staff made us feel welcome and well-cared-for. The cafe/bar had a nice atmosphere where we could relax.

Spent a lovely Christmas at this hotel and was pleasantly surprised by the luxury offered. The fitness and business facilities were a great addition to my stay, as I wanted to keep fit and catch up on work as well. The prime location of the hotel was a major plus point, with easy access to the main shopping street and the Sunday bazaar - the biggest on the Balkan peninsula.
The patchy internet was a minor issue, especially during the peak hours. , the pillows weren't as comfortable as I had hoped for, which affected my quality of sleep.

The location of the hotel was ideal, just a few blocks from the main shopping street and a local holiday market. They also had a fitness center, which allowed me to maintain my workout routine over Christmas. the staff was pleasant and accommodating, and the room was spacious and well-appointed.
the ventilation system had no protection against these pests, and I spent most of the night killing and swatting them away.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. the location was perfect - close to all of the attractions we wanted to see. the room was very comfortable with a spacious bathroom. the staff provided excellent service and helped us with all of our needs. the restaurant offered a delicious breakfast with a variety of options to choose from. the free parking was definitely a plus.
The air conditioning was not as effective as we had hoped.

Great location, luxurious hotel, spacious rooms with balconies, wooden floors and marble in common areas, reasonable restaurant, free parking.
